Surveying trip to Vietnam: Precise measurement of slewing bearings
Recently, I received an urgent invitation from a Vietnamese customer to go to the Vietnamese port to conduct on-site measurement of the slewing bearing of the crane. This is not only a business requirement, but also an important opportunity to deepen cooperation. I quickly packed my bags and embarked on this challenging journey.
After arriving at the Vietnamese port, the hot and humid air hit me. Under the guidance of the customer, I went straight to the area where the crane was located. The crane in front of me stood in the port, huge and majestic. As its key component, the slewing bearing requires extremely high measurement accuracy. I carefully checked the precision measuring instruments I carried with me to ensure that there was no mistake. Then, with the cooperation of professionals, I climbed to the right position and made meticulous measurements of key data such as the size, clearance, and wear degree of the slewing bearing. Each data was repeatedly checked to ensure accuracy.
After several hours of intense work, the measurement task was successfully completed. I organized and analyzed the measurement data in a timely manner and communicated in depth with the customer. The customer highly recognized my professional attitude and efficient work. This business trip not only successfully completed the surveying and mapping task, but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation. With a lot of gains, I embarked on the return journey, looking forward to more cooperation with Vietnamese customers in the future.
