We recently delivered a complete bearing service for a Malaysian client focused on port equipment. The customer sent their worn original German bearing—applied to port crane grabs—to China for professional measurement, repair and new product manufacturing.
This large industrial bearing has an outer diameter of 3 meters and weighs 4 tons, serving heavy-duty working conditions at port terminals. Our technical team carried out full-size precision detection on the used bearing, worked out a professional repair scheme, and produced a brand-new set of bearings strictly following the original German technical specifications.
After strict quality inspection, we arranged safe cross-border transportation and delivered the new bearings to Malaysia smoothly.
