A Business Trip to Vietnam: Building Trust Through Professionalism, Continuing Cooperation Through Warmth

Recently, I was once again invited to my client’s site in Vietnam to conduct slewing bearing measurement work. This was the client’s second invitation, a testament to their high recognition of our professional capabilities and service quality, and a reflection of the deep trust and cooperation between us. This international trip not only allowed me to successfully complete the work but also provided me with much warmth and support in a foreign land.

Upon arrival, the client warmly welcomed me, and all preparations were meticulous and thoughtful. During the measurement process, both sides cooperated efficiently and communicated closely. We maintained a rigorous and professional attitude, accurately completing all the required tests, demonstrating our commitment to the client with our capabilities.

A major surprise of this trip was being invited to attend the client’s company annual meeting.
